SOLD! (and BOUGHT!)

The big news this week was we've sold our house! ...and we bought a house! Our house sold in just under two weeks. Not bad in this market. I'd give the credit to our quick success to the amazing team at The Bonwell Tanner Group of Keller Williams!

The house we bought is near our good friend Holly and her girls Claire and Reece. It is in Brookshire which is just north west of 116th and Grey in Carmel. (here is a map)

Our new house has tons of storage and a much more manageable yard. We've already got plans in our heads for renovations and knocking out walls and paint colors and on and on... but we'll take our time with the projects.
